Super Internet TV (Free Edition)

Super Internet TV is a streaming TV and movies tool. It allows you to watch both TV and movie channels on any computer with an Internet connection, plus radio stations.

The free version lists thousands of TV channels and Radio stations. The main window has a few tabs: TV Stations, Radio Stations, and My Favorites. Within the first two, you will see channels filtered by country, genre and you can further sort those channels by country, channel name, and bandwidth.

The content available varies in quality. Some channels offer great video and audio quality and others leave a bit to be desired. You can probably tell before you open them by the available bandwidth. One thing that I noticed is that not all the channels are live TV streams. Most of them are just recordings played over and over. I managed to find some Live TV channels here and there, but those I can probably access via their websites.

Working channels load pretty fast. If it takes more than a few seconds, you can probably assume the channel isn't going to load. You can view video at full-screen and some channels look really good like this. The favorite feature makes it easy to weed out those channels that don't work and those that are not live, though it will take some user input and time.

All in all, this TV streaming app has its weaknesses, but it is one of the best that I have seen so far.
